Our Curriculum

For our children aged 3 months to 3 years, we focus on the three prime areas of the Early Years Foundation stage curriculum. 

  1. Communication and Language

  2. Personal, Social and Emotional development

  3. Physical development

These three prime areas are crucial for igniting children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

We help children become even more powerful learners through three characteristics of effective teaching and learning:

  1. Playing and exploring – I investigate and experience things, and ‘have a go’

  2. Active learning – I concentrate and keep on trying even when I encounter difficulties. I enjoy achieving

  3. Creating and thinking critically – I am learning to develop my own ideas, make links between ideas, and develop strategies for doing things

For our children aged 3 - 4 years, we have four specific focus areas in addition to the three prime areas. These include:

  1. Literacy

  2. Mathematics

  3. Understanding of the world

  4. Expressive art and design
